If you have never ordered a half or whole pig it can be an intimidating undertaking and we are here to help out! Our pigs range from 200-350 lbs, so a whole pig is about 5 boxes worth of meat (and a half is about 2.5-3 boxes) Depending on how you customize your pork order will depend on how many of each cut you get, but we have included an example of a whole pig order below. Tips for butchering: Think of how your family enjoys pork most? Do you cook with ground pork lots? Do you love honey garlic sausage? Do you want to try some new cuts like hamsteak? Smoked hocks? Unsure about certain cuts? Just ask! We are happy to walk you through the process. How do you place an order: Visit our Pork Order page to place your order, once we receive this form we will send you the cut sheet. We have made it super simple to fill out. For example the pork belly there are 3 options for how you would like it cut. 1) Smoked and sliced 2) Smoked & whole. 3) Unsmoked & whole. What can we customize: Literally everything! Your type of sausage, how you would like things packaged (paper vs vac packed) how many items per package (2 chops, 4 sausage etc.) Deposit: We do ask for a $150 deposit once you place your order. We are getting your whole or half pig cut to your specifications so we want to make sure you pickup your meat!
