Healthy Fats from the Farm
In this workshop we will cover the basics to cooking with healthy fats from the farm. Guest speaker Rachel Murray, Register Holistic Nutritionist will be co-hosting this workshop. In this class we will talk about the importance of good, healthy fats in our every day diet. We will discuss storing, proper uses and where to find these fats. Workshop involves a combination of instruction, hands on activity and recipes to take home. All guests will prepare three different recipes using healthy fats.
