Herbs & Spices for Inflammation: June 12 7:00 - 8:30 pm
In this workshop we will cover the basics cooking with herbs & spices to reduce inflammation. Guest speaker Rachel Murray, Register Holistic Nutritionist will be co-hosting this workshop. In this class we will talk about the health benefits of adding many different herbs & spices into our diet. We will discuss a variety of methods when cooking with herbs & spices. Workshop involves a combination of instruction, hands on activity and recipes to take home. All guests will prepare three different recipes. Samples will be provided throughout the workshop.
