Cooking with Rhubarb: Saturday March 16 2:00- 4:00 pm
In this workshop we will talk about a spring favourite, Rhubarb! Rhubarb is a delicious versatile ingredient to cook with. Most people think dessert when challenged with a whole bucket of rhubarb, but we will challenge that thinking! In this workshop we will teach you three very different methods for cooking with and baking with locally grown rhubarb. The workshop will be a mixture of hands on activity and lecture.
