In this workshop we will be discussing how to meal prep easy, delicious and healthy foods for you and your family.
We will discuss the importance of using fresh and local ingredients. We will make several different meals. All guests will take home two full meals and a spice rub for a third. Workshop involves a combination of instruction, hands on activity and recipes to take home. Samples will be provided throughout the workshop. Please visit our website to register.
