Cooking with Maple May 10th 6:00 - 8:00 pm
In this workshop we will cover the basics to cooking with maple syrup. We will discuss the importance of using fresh and local ingredients. But also talk about ways to save money while providing nutritious food for you and your family. In this workshop we will make a salad, soup, main course and dessert. All guests will take home two different samples. Workshop involves a combination of instruction, hands on activity and recipes to take home. Samples will be provided throughout the workshop. The cost is $50/person (plus HST). There is a limited number of spots available so please register in advance.
