Child Care Assistant

General Position Description:
This position will have varied duties including:
- Responsible for childcare for 2 children under 4 years old
- Ability to combine part time childcare position with kitchen or farm hand position.
Reports to: Rebecca, owner
Requirements:
- Must have experience caring for young children
- Must have own transportation to and from work
- CPR and babysitter certificate an asset, but not necessary
Hours:
- Part time hours, to be decided based on the person hired
We are looking for someone who:
- Is excited to join us at Landman Gardens!
- Someone who is excited to explore the farm with our children, while keeping them safe! Must be able to be outside in all weather.
- Has the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrates time management, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Displays a pleasant and polite demeanor
